Meet Hilary Carpenter RN, BSN, CLT
Hilary is a Registered Nurse with a BSN from Arizona State University. She was a Certified Laser Tech before becoming an RN in 2011 and has since worked in skilled nursing, inpatient neurorehabilitation, and gastroenterology. She is a certified nurse injector offering Botox and other neuromodulators, dermal fillers, sclerotherapy, PDO threads, Kybella, hair restoration, microneedling, and PRP—popularly known as the “vampire facial.” As a certified laser technician, she specializes in CO2 laser resurfacing, tattoo removal, and IPL or photofacial. She has an artistic eye and especially enjoys providing treatments that enhance and rejuvenate natural beauty.
After becoming disenchanted with a model of medicine that treats the disease and not the whole patient, Hilary is working towards a nursing board health and wellness coach certification. Nurse coaches are trained to use mindfulness, metacognitive awareness, motivational interviewing, powerful inquiry, and accountability to help clients manage a wide range of challenges such as chronic disease, nutrition and fitness, weight loss, addiction recovery, and achievement of personal and career goals. Nurse coaches create a safe space for clients to explore stumbling blocks and bolster strengths towards living a life of purpose and wellbeing. She is currently taking pro bono clients and will be prepared to take the board exam by January 2022.
Overall, Hilary’s skillset echoes her belief that positive changes to health and wellness can occur both from the inside out and the outside in. She wants to provide a supportive environment for clients to focus on achieving the vision they have for their lives and becoming their best, most confident selves.
